These terms apply to the use of the iOS app “annuity+” (the “App”), provided by Jens Winkelmann, Zehetmeierstraße 8, 80939 Munich, Germany (the “Provider”). By downloading and using the App you accept these terms.
The App is used to calculate financing and leasing contracts (e.g. payment, interest rate, term, residual value) and to create amortization schedules. The results are non-binding estimates and do not replace legal, tax or financial advice. We assume no warranty for accuracy or completeness.
The App can be used in a free basic version. Additional features (including solving all parameters and adjusting payments and schedules) are available via a premium subscription or a lifetime purchase (in-app purchase).
In the free version, ads may be shown via Google Mobile Ads (including rewarded video ads). Personalized advertising is only served with your consent, which you can grant or decline via the dialog provided by Apple. Purchasing premium removes advertising.
You can share calculations as image, text or link. You are responsible for the content you share and ensure that you are entitled to do so.
You agree not to misuse the App, not to make unauthorized modifications, and to respect the rights in the software and applicable laws.
We aim for the most uninterrupted availability possible but assume no liability for outages, data loss or damages arising from use of the App, to the extent permitted by law. Our liability for intent and gross negligence remains unaffected.
We may adjust these terms if the offer changes or for legal reasons. The current version is available on this page.
